Damon’s tenure at Monument reached a pinnacle in 2020 when he was appointed as a crew chief. Damon embraced his expanded responsibilities with the same unwavering determination that had driven him throughout his career. Damon is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), demonstrating his commitment to staying connected with his professional community and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

When he’s not immersed in his work, Damon’s heart belongs to his cherished family. He relishes quality time spent with his wife Tiffany and their daughter Allyson.
