Lauren has multiple degrees and certifications in Business Management and Human Resources from the University of Texas at Tyler and the University of Houston. With 8-years of oil and gas experience on her resume, there isn’t much that she hasn’t experienced throughout her career.

With a strong passion for her team, she believes that all team members play an equal and vital role to the company’s success and should be treated as such. She spends every day creating a welcoming and inclusive professional environment that consists of respect, empathy, and accountability for each individual.
