Christopher Boehme

Vice President

Christopher Boehme is a local of Longview graduating from Longview High. He
attended Stephen F. Austin State University, graduating with a major in Public
Administration. He went on to get his master’s in business administration from
LeTourneau University. 

Chris has been a Landman since 2006, managing all aspects of the business, leading a team of eight other Landmen. He negotiated oil, gas, and other mineral leases in the East Texas area, including Gregg, Harrison, Rusk, Panola, Upshur, and Shelby Counties. Conducted all aspects of title research, from basic lease verifications to complex drill site title activities throughout Texas. He performed due diligence for clients’ acquisitions and ability to drill deeper wells. 

Throughout his career, Chris negotiated contracts, provided final due diligence on land approval for acquisitions, and coordinated leasehold title, full acquisitions title, curative, in-house legal title review, and external title opinions. 

He lives in the Longview area with his wife Suzy and three Basset Hounds. His stepdaughter, Natalie, attends the University of Texas at Tyler. He enjoys watching the Longview Lobos and the Dallas Cowboys.
